Left earpiece fails after a few months of use.Mar 19, 2010 After using this headset for 3 months the left ear-piece started cutting out. Moving the microphone a bit causes it to come back for awhile and then it cuts out again. A search of the web shows this is a common problem. However I have not yet found a solution. I need the headset for work so until this is fixed they are useless for me. Too bad it started happening after the 90 day warranty expired although given the experience of others whose headset failed within the warranty period a replacement would have the same problem.
Great headset!Mar 17, 2010 The quality is great, battery life is pretty cool, and you can charge it while speaking, it uses a proprietary connector for the power, but i can live with that. It works like a charm under OS X Leopard or snow leopard, and Windows 7, no drivers required, just plug it, and Skype / Google Talk recognize it

Logitech Clearchat slow down the internet speed.Mar 13, 2010 I have DELL inspiron with processor speed on 2Ghz and RAM of 4GB but connecting Logitech Clearchat slows down the internet speed, I did not realise the first time using it. But, if you want to listen music or any other work offline it is perfect.
In my opinion, I dont recommend it for video chatting.
I EXPECTED BETTER FOR THE PRICEMar 10, 2010 Logitech headphones: The headphones work fine and are as comfortable on my head as others I've tried. The sound is clear and clean for a wireless, a real plus. Design is good except for the volume control, which is not user friendly. You push a round disc up to decrease volume and down to increase. Problem is its cumbersome as heck to use and the surface noise created as you do it is irritating. The headphones appear to be of good construction, solid and not fragile. The mouthpiece is flexible, a real bonus feature for those of us who move the earpieces around from time. The ear pads are floaters to a degree, at least enough to rest on your ears as comfortable and snug as possible which means you don't have to redesign your ears to fit the ear pads. Max range for the transmitter is about 45 feet for my unit.
The volume control can be configured to control the computer volume or you can let the computer control the headphone volume. The real problem is getting all sound functions on your computer to work at once with the headphones; meaning speakers, record, wireless speakers and the headphones. I've tried all kind of configurations and haven't found one that works yet. Be patient with the instructions. Find a language you like and bounce from section to section to find your selection. My overall rating for the headphones is an 80 out of a hundred and that's assuming I'll find a way to get all the sound applications working at once.
good quality crack and clicking problemsMar 09, 2010 Bought this item to facilitate listining music while working and to record during preparation of slide shows. The wires on previous versions keep getting in the way so i bought this wireless version.
Pros:
1 no wires
2 comfortable
3 easy to install and use
4 light and very portable
Cons:
1 clicking and cracking sound too often even at very close range.
2 range is horrible it sould be designed with a much longer range.
overall i prefer to the previous wired version but not for listening to music. i now use the wired version when listeing to music while working
